Teri Styles Perderson is a
native of Hinsdale, IL. She began her career in the sales and
marketing of residential properties in 1973. Teri worked in many
capacities throughout her long career and has been licensed in
both Illinois and Florida prior to becoming a Broker Associate
in North Carolina. Teri and her husband, Roger, a retired
financial advisor moved to Brevard in 2000 from the West Palm

Jennifer DiLemme grew up
in Knoxville, TN and is a graduate of the University of
Tennessee. Go VOLS! She has deep roots in Brevard as all her
family is from the area. She hails from one of the largest of
the county's founding families. Her many times
great-grandfather, Christopher Whitmire, founded the family in
the county in the 1820s. When an opportunity to move back to
Brevard arose, she and her family grabbed the chance to live in
such an amazing place. Jennifer enjoys being active in the
community and has served on the Ministry Team for the
Presbyterian Week Day Preschool and as the coordinator for the
Brevard MOPS (Mother of Preschoolers) group. She loves the
