Marion Latham has been

Teri Styles Pederson is a
native of Hinsdale, IL. She began her career in the sales and
marketing of residential properties in 1973. Teri worked in many
capacities throughout her long career and has been licensed in
both Illinois and Florida prior to becoming a Broker Associate
in North Carolina. Teri and her husband, Roger, a retired
financial advisor moved to Brevard in 2000 from the West Palm
Beach area. They are currently living in Sherwood Forest, an
Audubon Community just outside of Brevard. Experience does

Nita Kersey stands ready to assist with your real estate needs. A resident of one of Brevard's largest communities, Connestee Falls, Nita was an educator for 21 years in southern Mississippi and North Carolina. She obtained a Master's Degree in Education with a minor in Computer Education from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, MS.
