I grew up in the suburbs of Dallas, Texas and always wanted to live in the mountains.  I met my husband, a native of Lake Toxaway, North Carolina, while attending college in Chattanooga, Tennessee.  My degree is in psychology, and I completed the real estate course at Cumbie & Trull School of Real Estate in Asheville, North Carolina.  I enjoy sewing, cooking, and interior design.  We have made our home in the Carolinas for over thirty-five years.  My desire is to live a life without regrets.

Devon Brodmyer is a Brevard College graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Psychology. Mentored for several years by local real estate leader Jeremy Purcell, Devon brings a unique blend of business insight, client psychology, and genuine community knowledge to every transaction.

A passionate ultramarathon runner, Devon applies the same grit and endurance to helping clients navigate the Western North Carolina real estate market with confidence and care.

Originally from Buffalo, NY, Donna has lived in North Carolina for 25 years.  Her first visit to NC included a trip to Boone, NC, where she fell in love with the mountains.  She continued to vacation in many of the small mountain towns over the years, looking for new places to hike and adventure.  She first moved to Charlotte and then to Raleigh, where she has lived until last year.  Donna and her husband, Steve, decided it was finally time to follow their dreams to make the move to a town they fell in love with, Brevard, NC.

After a long career in management, Donna decided to bring her customer service experience and love for the area together.  She received her real estate training at Cumbie and Trull School of Real Estate, in Asheville.  What better place to be, to help others find a place to call home and continue to explore all that surrounds this great area.

Donna loves to travel and needs just six more states to complete her goal of visiting all 50 states.  When not out hiking or visiting the many shops and restaurants all around Western NC, Donna loves to bake and spend time at home enjoying the wildlife visitors in her yard.  We host and feed several types of birds and have a resident pair of bluebirds, as well as several squirrels (including 3 white squirrels!).

Is the Broker-in-Charge at Sandra Purcell & Associates, Inc. Originally licensed in real estate in 1996, he has been an understudy to his successful real estate Mom (Sandra) ever since she had him sitting in open houses beginning at age 16. 

He has a BS from the University of Tennessee and enjoys his involvement with civic organizations such as the Rotary Club of Brevard, and the Brevard/Transylvania Chamber of Commerce. Jeremy works 5 counties in Western North Carolina, including Transylvania, Henderson and Buncombe.

A transplant from New England, Pam is one of our new team members. She uses her 19+ years of marketing experience in health care and consumer businesses to help you drill down quickly to find properties that will meet your needs. A regular hiker of the surrounding Pisgah National Forest, Pam can clue you in to some of the County’s best spots. She is also an avid fan of the local school system.
